1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Businesses OS (https://businessesos.com) and any related services or connected applications provided by Novelty Web Solutions Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Services & Connected Apps

Businesses OS provides an integrated business operating system including omnichannel CRM pipelines, 24/7 AI Voice and Chat Receptionist agents, zero-commission appointment scheduling, OneSignal push notifications, reputation management, and optional Single Sign-On integration with Service Dispatch OS, TicketFlows Field & Freight OS, and Caribbean Business Hub.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & AI Credits

• Subscription Tiers: Platform plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at checkout.
• Zero Booking Commissions: Businesses OS does not deduct marketplace commissions from your client appointments.
• AI Micro-Credits: Plans include a monthly allocation of AI credits for voice minutes and autonomous agent actions, with optional top-up credit packs available at any time.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for ensuring that your business profile information, service pricing, and customer communications comply with applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, and data privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novelty Web Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
